Tools, not just advice.

Use these sheets and scripts even if you do not have a counselor available. Copy or download your notes, or choose to save them on this device. Nothing here is sent to a college.

Sheets you can use now.

A course plan you can make yourself.

Open your school’s course catalog. Fill these lines from its descriptions. Then compare them with two possible colleges. If a course is missing, use the alternative script rather than guessing.

Copy your plan as text or choose device saving at the top. On a shared computer, leave saving off and clear your entries before you leave.

Emails you can copy and change.

Replace the words in brackets. Use the official contact page to find the address. Sending a short, clear question is enough; you do not need to explain your whole life.

If nobody answers.

  1. Save the message and date. Set a follow-up for about three business days later. This is a planning rule, not a promise that the office will reply then.
  2. If the deadline is within a week, call the official number the same day. Say: “I’m a high school applicant for [year]. I need to confirm [rule] before [date]. Who can answer this?” Write down the name and answer.
  3. Try the main admissions office or its contact form if the program office is silent. For aid questions, use the financial aid office. Ask for any exception in writing.
  4. Keep working on the published requirements and other suitable applications. No reply does not approve a waiver or extension. Save proof if a portal fails, and report it through the official help channel before the deadline when possible.
